stop forcing it.
only bad things will come from it.

your first and best option would be to contact the seller and check if you can get a replacement.
if not then either use a dremel or contact a trusted member to bore it out just enough to get the bearings in.

is it only the one knuckle binding up?

I had the same problem with mine, they didn't want too go in & they didn't want to come out. I finally got them out & to get them back in i put them on my axel stub, then made sure it was lined up straight with the knuckle & pushed them until they went into place in the knuckle. Then they were fine & i can still pull them out easily & put them back in just as smooth.

no they are all the knuckles, i had gotten 4 kyosho bearings from a member through a trade and was putting those in first so they can be internal.. giving me long driving time before i need to clean them. but i decided to go with the plastic ones they sent me and buy a bearing set from atomic cause im not gonna possible break somthing for a set i dont have yet. ill drive them w/ stock bearings until i get metal ones, and when i try to screw in the metal nuts from radioshack they get striped and just fall off =/ GPM must be strong , do you think i will have the same problem if i buy nuts with nylon inserts?(plastic lug nuts work fine)

I have never tried those bearings on an X-truck before.I know their knuckle are a little different from the Evolution car.

Did you put them in the inner most part of the knuckle the farthest down on the axle?

I dont think that those bearings would do you good if they were on the gear diff or ball diff whatever you have in your truck.

I always heard good stuff about the brand Hot Racing, dont know if they make X-mod truck stuff though.

Maybe when GPM made the knuckle it somehow it warped, sounds crazy but maybe thats what happened. If its just one knuckle.

Try a mixture of knuckles. GPM up front and stock in the back, that wouldnt be bad unless you smash/bash alot backing up.

thnx that made it work.. but now there is another problem.. lol everyone work perfectly, except i have a off-road kit on it, the rear axles and front left axles(axle/dogbone.. whatever you wanna call it) work fine, but when i turn left, the right axle pops outta place, i switched my diff, nothing happened tist he same, i tried metal bearings, nothing.. i contacted 123vette, to see if he can find a way to make it work, but it is going to be very hard, any tips?.. oh and i also tried switching the dogbones with the orange offroad one, it didnt work, the dogbone only moves front and back, which doesnt alowing it to turn side to side aka: making the car only go straight

that tut does not help me here, they are GPM which means there is a pin that holds it in 1 spot, its not stock CVDS its GPM, ill have pics up soon, and i found a few more problems the rear left wheel doesnt not turn as fast as the other wheels, its the diff, i switched it with another one, but its the same prob, the cvd, knuckle are working fine when i spin it with my hand w/o the diff in the truck and the steering is steering at a very low angle and i cant make and good turns with it, i checked my controller, and the ST range was at the max.. ill have pics and a vid up soon incase you dont understand very well

here are the vids

well in order to have alloy cvds with the off road kit you need to buy hot racing alloy dog bones and hot racing axle stub and than use the tut the bb put up because the gpm ones are not as long as the off road ones are
