If anyone knows someone that has been scammed by Joseph Francis Zebrowski read this article and have them call the number at the end. This guy is scum and deserves everthing that can be put on him. He needs to stay in jail otherwise he'll run and hide. Don't know if they'll get there money back but at least he'll get what's coming to him.

creepy. someone in my mom's school (teacher, not teen parent) killed his mom and his 12 and 4 year old sisters. i guess nowhere's safe.
