yea ive painted um with spray paint an hand paint, some people do them with sharpie just sand um as much as possible if you paintin the black or white theres really no need for primor any other colors you might wanna prime

ya man I painted mine its looks good I used testers transparent paint in the spray bombs

I've painted my rims before! ITS SWEET!
Yup, i've painted my rims before. They're black (more colors to come). I've also got a really good tutorial on how to paint your rims. Heres the tutorial:
