Default wieghtlifting

I joined a gym a few weeks ago, so I just got back into wieght training. To me it is more to slow down the hole getting old thing thing, I wa very active as a kid, but now I don't play any sports and I'm starting to feel like I'm rusty and starting to lock up. well any way I was wondering if any body else out thier lifts and if you do, can you tell me of any webs sites that have any free charts or any thing to down load?

I'm sure I could but, I'm not very good with excell it would take me a along time, but I could check microsofts web site and see if they have any to down load for excell. Or I bet I could ask one of the personal trainers but I don't like working out with any one, plus they all walk like they droped thier water melons. LOL

do you go to a gym such as Gold's Gym, if so they should have something you could use. Are you basically wanting something to use to log your progress?

I already found chart on microsofts web stie as I had stated above, MC4L I personaly think "maxing out is a waste of time, unless your sport is competative wieght lifting. It can acually becounter productive if you play any other competative sports. By the way how old are? for you weight you should be benching about a hundred pounds more LOL. JK keep woring on it.

I bench 230 right now I lift everyday from 6:30 AM to 8:30 in my weight training class. The football players get there an hour early in order to have a longer weight training period.

I havent really been squatting much being I have a messed up shin.

Oh yea Im 5'11 170

well I haven't maxed out since high school but back then it was:
bench 245
Leg press 360

I then wieghed 145Lbs 5' 10"

now I wiegh 185 same hieght and can do way less, I lifted all threw middle and high school and wrestled my senior year(I sucked) thats why I was so light, my normal wieght would have been around 150.
