Saw a 06 mustang at a flea market and on a whim bought it for 5 bucks. Then found some on e-bay and more in RS and just went from there. Now I have 25 and a entire junk yard of spare parts and upgrades for them. They are addictive but fun.

dang i didnt know so many of yall were so new to the xmods world, alot of yall didnt get into em until the scion & titan were released. my first was prolly about 1 or 2 months after the original release of the gen 1. bought myself a black civic haha. i would have gotten the skyline, but the only color they had at the time was yellow. the guy told me i could wait about a week and they would have black ones, but i didnt want to wait haha. i think i was like 13 at the time, im 19 now, you do the math

My friend took his Xmod mini-mag with him to school and showed my friends, and I was reading it, and I found it quite awsome, so I told my uncle about it and 1 week later, I got myself a NIB silver RSX. Sadly I was the only one to get into Xmods. I got my first Xmod last year around X-Max time. December 24th 2006. My first Xmod.

Girlfriends brother had a Camaro, then got the Hummer and then the Titan, I used to tinker with the Hummer whenever I went over his house, he could never get the lift kit on it properly and one day he gave up and sold it to me.... that wasn't my first though.... my girlfriend got me one for my birthday (and boy does she regret it) have about 40 of the suckers now.... finally getting into Mini-Z just got my first AWD one and it rocks!! Will never lose my love of xmods though...

I recieved the '65 mustang on christmas of '04 from Santa lol. Funny thing is that I was expecting a zip zap and I was ****ed that I didn't get 1 and my brother did. After about a week of playing with it I actually thought they were really cool and way better than the zip zap, now I am glad I got an Xmod . That '65 Mustang just wouldn't quit on me either went a whole like 10 months of constant use don't think that there was a week that went by that I didn't put like 3-4+ sets of batteries through the thing . Still works but steering gone out on it, I actually worn out my set of rechargable batteries on the thing had to buy a new set because old ones wouldn't hold a charge anymore. Now have over $800 invested in my Xmods .

I was actually into ZipZaps before this and then I heard that RS was coming out with a line of larger scale cars that were more realistic and upgradable. Then I received one as a present right when they came out and then I just had to get one of each of them...now it's time to get rid of some haha.
