Becuase Hondas and Toyota Trucks don't run forever either...

Lesson Learned: If you're over the top anal about servicing you Ford, it will last 540,000 miles. Let me repeat that: OVER THE TOP, stand there and watch that it gets done right, becuase the service techs at Ford don't know how to do thier job.

This reminds me of a posting I saw on my local craigslist.

http://louisville.craigslist.org/cto/1229287913.html

But the Mercury Comet story is much more touching, it just goes to show how long things will last when you take care of them.

Yes, they may not, but at least they try. All Toyota does is watch adult films and steal change!
Busted Toyota Mechanics.

I applaud this woman. She's a very smart consumer by buying lifetime guaranteed as well as very driven to keep those promises. To have the patients and drive to keep that car running like it's brand new AND use the guarantees is fantastic. Go Grammy go.

Cheers,
Kyle.

wow thats weak sauce. thats not even impressive lol.

volkswagen hit 562k

a saab hit over 1 million,

and a dodge ram hit over 1 million.

but none of those even compare to the legendary volvo whos at 2.6 million and still going for 3!!

I think this proves a point that mileage means almost nothing when you keep up on maintenence.

SPR, get in contact with those people and have them all meet one another and compare cars lol.
