Help addminisrators.
Well I'm changing from explorer internet to fire fox but can't log on in the fire fox and it will not send a reset password help me guys, thanks.

Make sure you have the newest version of firefox, I recommend to delete your cookies and cache and the problem should fix itself. (Tools > Clear Private Data)

Browsers have no effect, I use both IE and FF regularly. You sure you have the right password.?
