NFS: Carbon

man, im waaaay out of the loop.
last nfs i played was ug1.

hell, im still playing midnight club dub :lol

i think the last game i bought brand new was nhl 05'

is carbon out for reg xbox?
i dont think i'll be shelling out the bux for a new system anytime soon.
theres still waaay too many games for xbox and ps2 that i havnt played yet.
i think by the time i catchup and feel the need to buy a 360 or ps3 they'll be releasing ps12:lol

before the end of november NFS: Carbon will be out for: xbox, gba, ps2, ps3, xbox 360, and gamecube. i think by the time i can afford the PS3 there will be a ps12.

thanks for the info....i will deffinalty have to check it out.

its not the cost that gets me its the lack of games and bugs/glitches that makes me want to wait.

the week that 360 was released there were 5 houses that burned down in the chucktown area because of short circuits in the 360.
i think the makers are VERY irresponsible when it comes to beta testing and release dates.
this all boils down to the almighty dollar of course and one thing i cant stand is greed.
if they want to release a system,...cool.
but they should be sure to test it to ATLEAST make sure its safe for consumer use.

i heard about all those fires. we had a few in my neighborhood too.

my dad is a beta tester. his real job is at McLoude USA, but we got a ps3 for him to test it and we fryed it within 1-2 hours of playing it. im just glad our basement floor is concrete, or i might not be typing this now. i dont remember what game we were playing, but if i find out or remember i'll tell you

i have a ps3 reservedbut now i think im gonna wait till the price goes down, cause by then all the bugs/glitches will be worked out

it has a quik career play for people who have played the NFSs for a long time, but after your done with career, come the fun...

ONLINE PLAY!!!!!!!!!!!! i love online play because it challenges you to beat people that are better than you. i also learn a lot of things from other people.

have you played it for ps2? i know GTA gameplay is different for ps2 and psp, so i want to know if it is different for NFS: Carbon?

I have it for my 360 - I downloaded the demo and was really impressed but then when I got the full game I found it sucked balls!

It has taken me about 6 hours to complete 63% of the game in a tier 2 RX-7 so it really isnt that difficult!

The drift mode is different from underground and there is just something about it that isnt as good!

The cops are tougher than most wanted which makes it a bit more challenging but they are easy to avoid!

The worst thing about it is the speed breaker function! It kills you speed which is something it didnt do in most wanted!

What I really wanted to see from this was a good merge of underground and most wanted but in my opinion they failed!

Anyway thats just my opinion and dont be put off, if you want a game where can tune the crap out a car then get this but if you want playability maybe think about something else!

yes most of us know this already. i have multiple friends who have it and the game is great. but if you want a game where you can tune your car completely then get NFS: Underground 2.

I like Drifting more than racing and no it isnt all drift. It is like most wanted and undergound 2 combined it has out run, sprints, circut, Drifting, Down hill drifting and alot more!
