Its from a blackberry phone in his dark garage... Plus the plastics are all sanded down, so that helps it lose its bright yellow. So yeah it does kinda look white..

That weld sure looks nasty haha good thing that doesnt really matter.

Right now all i need is the exhaust/silencer and the front Plastics. So whatever pics/prices you can get for me would be great!

make that thread!

not at all. people put powder coat on engine blocks and stuff all the time. It has to bake at 400 degrees just to set up right.

YUP, and enytime between the engine and then you can blow the powder right off. The oven is an oven, there are no harmful stuff in there, you can even bake cookies!

SPR, the PC will melt right off the exhaust if you don't use the right powder. Normal stuff starts to melt at about 300 degrees. Consider most exhaust pipes at the header flange are reaching 1000-1500 degrees. Look up Jet Hot coating, they make header PC.

he's semi-right. If you ran normal PC on a header it'd simply liquefy again and start to leave the piece. And no, you can't use the oven for cooking again who ever said that. PC bakin' puts off some crazy fumes.

In due time I can start doing headers, that's some real monah...

well high heat is what i intended on using... thats kinda common sense to use high heat on anything that gets hot....

After i get my floor in my trailer, ill probably go and pick up the quad.
