Okay, today I've been able to mess with my xmod even more. I have developed some questions too !
 1) I "borrowed" some foam from my work and applied it to my wheels (Not tires, but wheels). I messed up putting them on a few times, so I only had enough for the back wheels. Is it best to keep rubber tires on the front and foam on the back ? 2) I believe my controller is messed up cuz sometimes it wont backup when I want it to. Is there a way to fix that ? 3) Sometimes when I try to turn, it wont. Is there a way to fix it ? 4) I have rechargable Duracell batteries and they only last like 5-10 minutes. Is that normal ? 5) It seems like sometimes the back gears would slip and the back wheels wont spin, or would spin really slowly. Is there a way to get rid of that ? I've tried using the search, but couldn't really find anything that helped me. So please, help.

ok
1) keeping the foam wheels i think would just result in doughnuts... 2) my f-150 does that, i'm not so sure if that's bad, but i wouldn't worry about it. 3) no turning?... uh.. 4) well, it depends on the mAh, duracell AAA's go up to 1000 mah, which i have. usually 5-10 minuetes is kinda normal. 5) ?

#1 chineasekid got right kinda...keeping um on the back would reslut in donuts dependin on the surface, and keeping it in the front would result in harsh understeer. #2 when you it back up after going forward, the car brakes the first time, then if you realese the brake and push it again it starts to back up. but sometimes when you realese it you might push it forward a bit and then it wants to brake again, so just be patient and carefull and it should back up perfectly like its supposed too. 3) i dont know but if your car dosnt turn at far range, then its just crappy elecs of the xmod, but if its right beside you then i dont know. 4) you should be getting closer to 10-15 minute runs, depending on how you run your car and where, and all the rest of that. 5) you might wasnt to open up your back end and see if anything is bindin then if not open your differrentiall gear and see if any teeth are broke or shaved off inside it, if so if you dont have an extra, just lock it until you can get one. (you will find plenty of ways on how to lock it, but if it is broken, i suggest going permanent since you cant use it...so just use super glue.)

Hrm .. I think I figured out why it wont turn. When it does turn, it barely turns at all ! I can make it fully turn if I turn the wheels myself with my fingers, but if I use the controller, it would only turn like halfway of what its supposed to turn, meaning it doesn't make a full turn, thus meaning I can't drift =P
Is there a place that sells the turning servo thingy ?

hmm make sure the ST. Range is on Max. i didnt turn it on max yesterday when i got my bro's barricade and it did the same thing. it would turn all the wa one way but not the other than i maxed out the ST range and it was fine. btw the barricade seems like it has really sharp turning compared to like me other evo's
