Crown Vics, F-350, and a Tahoe here in my town. There is also a Gray Tahoe which is an undercover one, and a white Crown-Vic which is an undercover but everyone knows that they are undercover vehicles around here.

To the U.S. guys, get some pics of the cars, cause I really don't believe you guys until I see some pictures.

Blade.

Our State Police seized an Escalade a few years ago. It's maroon, on like 28's, with a system. I expected them to auction it off, but now its used as a bait vehicle. Pretty sneaky if you ask me.

Our police dept. recently got 2 Dodge Chargers. One is in our traditional boring black and white with SAVAGE written on the side. The other looks just like a regular Charger. We also have a Tahoe or 2 with "sezuire lights" (Saw one at night, almost blinded me), and a Super Duty for DARE. The rest are the traditional Crown Victorias, which sucks because our town has one major highway, the most frequent ticket issued by them is minor traffic violations. Other than that, they're eye-candy. This town's too small for anything to happen in (When the Chargers came they made the front page of our paper). I think our dept. should give our Crown Vics to Minneapolis, or LA (LA because no re-painting is neccesary) and buy some Impala's, or something small and useful.

Here's a link to the paper's story on the Chargers:

A lot of departments will buy a car that they parade around public events, but never see duty. EX: The viper mention above, a few departments get 911s, I think that Lambo was an example of such.

Dallas used modified LT1 Camaros in service. There's even a few examples seen on Police Chase shows chassing dowm BMWs and the like. The Dallas PD had several, and I remember seeing them on patrol too. Highway patrol loved them too. Before that, I think it was our state troopers had a few 5.0 Mustang Fox Bodies that were in service too. They were notorious for that..

GM made police packaged Camaros, SS's with a little more beef. You can find them pretty often used.

Edit:
HA, found them. It was the State Troopers

^ Check out the shot gun rack on the door!
