Default Subtle 'Stang.

Here's my latest project, although it's been going on for some time. I just started on it again, fixing up the paint and re-puttying. The body changes will be kind of hard to find, but it'll make the car cleaner overall. I plan to lower it a bit and make it as sleek as possible.

^ Smoothed down the small outcrop below the grille, extended the bottom a bit.

^ Smoothed the small shelf below the bottom, cut out the indent in the bottom, filled in the exhaust holes.

^ Just the body.

I'm planning a two-tone paint job, metallic dark red on the bottom and metallic black on the top, with gloss black windows. I'll use my pearl clear on it as well.

I ordered black six-spoke wheels from RcMart.com, I'll get some pics of them when they arrive. (Probably 3-4 weeks)

What do you plan to do for exhaust without the exhaust ports/holes in the rear bumper...?

I'll be keeping my eye on this. Seems interesting and I've liked your projects in the past.

Thanks, I'm planning on either making side exhaust pipes or using the F-150 ones that come in the body kit. If you look in the pictures, you can see a little rectangle where I cut out an area for them.

Stangdude94- You spelled Camaro wrong in your signature.

Nah, that's okay, mustanglover.

Good news! Today I found out my wheels and tires are gomg to be here tomorrow. I guess my mom's estimation was way off.

Nice and subtle.

Hahaha...

I'd recommend doing black on the bottom, and red on the top.

Just my opinion, your car, your paint.

Should turn out nicely!

Yeah, I don't want to do some extravagant body kit that'll cost me $30 in putty and styrene. I just use what I have around.

I've accually narrowed down the bottom color to dark metallic red, metallic orange, gloss orange, and metallic silver. I'm leaning more towards the red since I haven't seen a red Mustang yet.

I like door handles...

I primered the hood, roof, and spoiler, I need to smooth it out a bit still. Pictures tomorrow possibly!

Nice Xmodkidd33! I think that I'll be watching this one! I think metallic red bottom color would look best! Good luck, and the rims look awesome. How about Silver on the bottom and red on top?
