Help steering jitter any fix?

Got this chassis and the steering jitters. Here is what happens turn car on remote off steering does not jump around. Turn the remote on may or may not jump. Give the wheel on remote a turn an starts jumping. Tried changing remote and crystals, no difference. Any suggestions?
