Xmod aerodynamics

Does anyone change their Xmods to make them more aerodynamic? things like removing the rear view mirrors, making the bottom of the car as flat as possible, lowering the body,.... I think that it would definantly make the car faster by a bit. I was considering doing this on my new car when it arrives. I was wondering if it has been done and, if so, how much of a difference it makes.
