but i raced my x-mod which i bought from that atomic mod site for like 400 dollars. i thought it was so cool until i raced this guy on my street which had a gas rc car. he made fun of my car. we raced and i thought i would win, but his car was TOTALLY AMAZING. It makes crzy *** sounds and is so freakn fast. his drift is so crzy and his speed and handling is awesome. i told him how much i paid and he said u could get a cheap but respectable nitro rc for the same price.

but then

if u r new to rc's i suggest u stick with electric cause i used to own a nitro and you have to buy the fuel, clean the engine, its pretty much a small car that needs attention and can't just be sitting in an attic for long periods of time

I have to agree on the electrics. I have been in rc for over 15 years and have raced with both cars. Battery power rules! My electrics dominate my nitro cars.
