wat upgraes do you have. and take off the board cover and look at the little black squares the fets look to see if there is like a burn on them or if they have like a black or brownish spot on top.and if it looks like it is burned up then you burned your fets

A) Your batteries are weak B) Your brushes are worn on your motor C) There is additional friction in the gearing...binding and such as far as the switch, i don't see how the switch would only work selectively, unless the plastic switch cover under the chassis is loose and not actually catching the switch on the board. it is possible that your switch is not making good contact when you try to turn it on, but i haven't had that problem on any of my evo boards yet. |

Please don't double post, just edit your initial post to add anything you forgot to say. You never mentioned that it didn't work, you said it didn't run as fast, i can't read your mind man. If it won't run at all, even with fresh batteries, either your fets are fried, or you have a loose wire from the battery to the board.

I would absolutely love to help you out, but between the vague description and the AOL-esque grammar and spelling I find myself wanting to go take some Aspirin instead. Hope you get it running soon.

Okay 2 things that could possibly be the diagnosis.
1: Broken range, is the servo centering when you start it and it won't go? Or is nothing working? Your range may be extremely weak and not picking anything up. 2: A weak solder joint. Little or nothing may be touching a certain terminal. Check the on/off terminals, the FETs, and all battery wires. This guy once sent in a gen 1 to get diagnosed by my webstore services section, turned out the on wasn't touching and would only touch every so often, ever so slightly. All i did was a bypass power
