if i put this in my stage 2 motor,will i need to change any othe part of the mtor too? thanks

Once you pop them in and get the motor back together properly, you can start running it. No need to change anything.

dont forget you can put these magnets in backwards which will reverse the rotation of the motor. check your motor rotation out of the cradle before starting, once you put the can back together, and i sually do it before coldering the caps back on and crimpning the can fully, check rotation of the motor and make sure its correct. if its backwards, flip the magnets.
