xmods had a servo....
micro-t's have been doing that stuff with brushed motors for years and years. the rally just made it easier because of the 4wd platform.
xmods were never hobby grade to begin with. i doubt they will be now.
another thing. speed isnt everything. that 80mph is gonna be useless on a track. hell you barely hit 20-25mph on a technical track.
