Engine is unbelievably old, yet it starts in 1 pull when its warm out, maybe 5 when its cold out. Clutch is fine, brakes work, stops in 3 inches from full speed.

Middle Belt Tensioner
Engine drive belt tensioner
No tensioner for this belt. its all loose goose and slips at times.
Puny air filter and exhaust. Its a Single Needle Engine!
