First, start by not just banging it back onto the table when you're done holding it.
Have you ever had this motor running before or have you ever had problems before? Are your ESC to motor wires in the correct bullet with the corresponding color? Are your batteries fully charged; both the battery powering the ESC/Motor and the batteries in your TX?
