Missouri is not a bad place to live, only natural disasters here are tornados & thats only if you live in the western part towards kansas. Warm/Hot in the Summer, cool in the fall & snowy in the winter & cool in the spring.
Great place to live but it can get humid in the summer at times though. As for the lisence I think your good for 30 days? Then you have to either transfer it or take the written test. Not for sure.
