If we're talking about Betty's as in the body then, yes, they are very ugly.
I would much rather have a Bronco, Ram, Lightning or a F100. One of those four will be my shelf queen body.
I'm more of a lurker on RCC than an active posted. Still trying to get used to the ropes and understand the forum rather than jump right in. Makes things easier. Plus, no need to even make a thread to ask questions, most of them are easily found and answered with a quick search. Never seen so much information!
I plan on someday going with a 6-cell saddle pack across the front axle. Probably a CheapBatteryPack.com 1500mAh 2/3A NiMH. Might even go with a 2S LiPo someday, but I like my NiMH for now.
The stick pack works for my use. It's bulky, I admit, but sometimes that helps. At least from my experience. One of these days, though, I want to buy a new pack.
