Again, in honor of the season, Xmodsource Staff is offering a special "Open Class" Car of the Month competition for the month of December. Since this is the season of giving, Xmodsource Staff is also glad to announce that the prize for this Car of the Month will be a New In Box GenIII Xmod EVO! The contents of this thread will display how your entry must be posted as well as the requirements you need to meet in order to participate in this special Car of the Month.

Please be sure to read all of the following rules and guidelines before making a submission. Failure to comply to any of the following rules could result in the pulling of your entry and suspension of your competition privileges.

Rules for Entering the December COTM:

1. Your entry must be a fully functioning Xmod owned by yourself. Any Xmods entered that are sold to another member/person during the competition will be removed.

2. Entries must be submitted by December 31, 2008 at 9:00PM EST. Any entries made after that time are disqualified. Please be on time, do not let your hard work go to waste.

3. This is an open class competition; all functional Xmods are welcomed, whether it’s a touring car, crawling truck, low-rider SUV, truck or Honda, it is all eligible if you meet the stated requirements.

Rules for Participating in the December COTM:

1. You must be a member of Xmodsource.com since October 31, 2008. Anyone who has joined Xmodsource after that date is not eligible to enter.

2. Pictures:
2a. All pictures must be entered prior to December 31, 2008 at 9:00PM EST.
2b. A minimum of four pictures are required. A maximum of seven pictures is allowed.
2c. One of these pictures must include the following: your Xmodsource handle/screen name and a picture of the fully functional chassis. By a picture of your handle/screen name I mean the following: you must grab a sheet of paper, write your handle/screen name legibly on the piece of paper and take a picture with both the Xmod submission and piece of paper in plain view of the picture. This will ensure that the Xmod is indeed still under your possestion at the time of the competition.

3. Members are limited to one entry.

4. A list of body and chassis upgrades is required at time of submission.

Rules for Voting in the December COTM:

1. To vote, you must have been a member of Xmodsource.com since October 31, 2008. Anyone who has joined Xmodsource after that date is not eligible. Any members caught cheating will be instantly disqualified.

2. All entries are due December 31, 2008 at 9:00PM EST in order for the entrants to be accounted for and the voting thread to be created. One week will be allotted for voting. Voting will end on January 7, 2009.

3. As a reminder, voting is watched very closely. Anyone caught cheating will be instantly disqualified; infraction points could also follow, as well as a possible suspension from the website. All votes considered as cheating will be deleted in the final tally.

All rules subject to change. Please review all rules before making final submission.

Prizes for the December COTM:

At this time not all of the prizes have been set in stone. Again, if you would like to donate a prize, please contact Donziikid with information on what you would like to donate. All donations will be considered.

Also, the NIB GenIII Xmod has been picked up! The first place prize will be a NIB Orange GenIII Chevrolet Corvette!

All questions may be directed towards Donziikid in the December COTM Announcement/Discussion thread or via Private Message. All questions will be gladly answered in order to ensure happiness during the Holiday season.
