I believe they sprayed the jambs and underside of the hood with the doors/trunk off the car, then put the doors/hood/fender/trunk back on and sprayed the car as a whole.

what they need to do is address the problem spots,take them to metal,re-seal/prime them,use a detail gun to put a couple coats of the same white and block the rest of the car for a final complete coat of the white.
after this bull****,i'd make em buff it for free too.
