Because its on and around the hatch they might argue that it doesn't sit right and the damage occurred after painting was done.
Look how the paint meets the paint, it's like raised and not level.
I'll have to go out and take a better picture of it when I get home, but it's like uneven, like a ridge. And it's not just the hatch, it's like that along the doors too.

Also, the hatch doesn't sit level on that side with the body.
Hard to see in the picture though.
