AWD is all the time 4wd, not selectable.. to the way I see it.

Blazers like this have the electronic shift on the fly 4wd, with selectable 4 high or 4 low.

Yeah, it would be great if he were going to build it into a twin turbo monster and used it for traction.. but the stock system could not handle that, and it would be easier and cheaper to go with 2wd.

I guess it wouldn't matter much if he lowered it 4wd anyway, I'm sure the most 4wd action it will see is in the snow or on ice.

Personally, I have a 4wd and I like to take it out and do 4wd type of stuff.. like last weekend I took the backroads into a county lake around here, and boy oh boy were they fun.. did some major crawling in the Dodge, I want to go back.
