Unfortunatly, no, I do not remember your name from anywhere specifically.. that's probably the problem..

To clean your bearings you're going to want to pick up a bottle of Trinity Royal Oil from either your LHS or an eRetailer like TowerHobbies.com. I use Trinity Royal Oil in all of my Xmods, MiniZs and larger scale RCs; it's a lubricant which will not rust out your bearings and can also be used as a motor lubricant (comm drops).

To clean my bearings I simply place them in a dixxy cup and place enough of the Royal Oil into the cup to cover the bearings completely; I then swish the solution around and the oil will remove most of the dirt and grime from the bearing. Dumb out the dirty solution and repeat the process until you do not see and more dirt and grime in the solution.

I pick up this or similar lubricants at my LHS for about $3.
