If I remember right, on most caps there is a white line on the cylinder part, on the neg side.

This has been sold for a long time, since I can remember. I think performancexmods had it. XI has the fake on-motor "turbo", though after my whole deal he changed the description to what is theoretically correct, so... can't get at that much anymore.
