3 wheels spin

I have awd on my gen 1 civic and one of the wheels dosnt spin all of the time. It is mabe a little looser than the others but for some reason i cant tighten it any more. Any ideas?

i just got my gen 1 xmod and it turns left quite a bit sharper than it turns right. i dont know if this helps but when i try to make it go straight, it drifts right a little bit. any ideas?

well yes i am a noob but i figured it out before i came back to see this. the thing was the little clip part was turned upside down so it didnt look like anything but i basically unscrewed everything...
