I have two of the hummers and I had to remove the front dogbones so I could drive them on carpet. Otherwise they bound up when turning, slowed the cars down and wore out the batteries very quickly....

I've been away for a while... I put a six cell kit in one of the hummers with a stock motor and it will do a wheelie for a few feet in my living room! I just bought a couple tight turn kits on ebay...

All of 'em, I think. I had to buy the extra crystal set so I wouldn't have anymore accidents when friends came over and drove two cars on the same channel! That got a little costly one day!

If you pull out on the steering wheel and loosen the screw at the same time it may come out. If it does you can then wrap the screw or line the hole with thick plastic like the stuff your parts come...

The fets are what make the motor spin. The stock fets have a high internal resistance and that slows down the motor. Aftermarket fets have a lower internal resistance and that makes the car faster...

Yeah, the evo's are HOT! I have one with the suspension and steering upgrade, stage 2 motor, and a homemade six cell kit. It hauls AND handles well! Next is the awd kit and bearings! :nod:

I have to agree on the electrics. I have been in rc for over 15 years and have raced with both cars. Battery power rules! My electrics dominate my nitro cars.
