sorry for asking so many question but i couldent find any thing about this. if i wire a 9volt to my motor what would be faster the 9volt wired to the motor or a 6cell up grade ??????????????

i was looking at buy this turbo kit off of ebay and i really dont know that much about xmod stuff it comes with a turbo capicator it talks about storing energy until it is needed sounds kind of fishy...
