I was going to suggest the bay,i got my tank compressor for £15 and collected it instead of postage. But with you not being on the mainland,that could be a problem too. good luck finding one.

I dont think you will need more power to make a 4xled kit work.The xmod ones work from the car which is 4.8v.
I was having probs with an led kit and Bondo gave me this very usefull link to work out...
