All of my Xmods have either micro-T, or Mini-Z electronics and despite lots of tuning and tinkering I consistently turned faster laps with both 2wd and AWD mini-Z...

I understand that Xmods were fun to modify and...
I understand that Xmods were fun to modify and try things that you wouldn't try with your hobby grade cars, but I guess I feel like I've already seen these cars pushed to they're limits and beyond....

If you look hard enough you can find something decent for around $100.
But it will almost definitely be an AM car.
I paid $90 for my MA010. It was an AM car but at least it had 2x2 stacked fets....

MM (mid mount) is 98mm as opposed to RM (rear...
MM (mid mount) is 98mm as opposed to RM (rear mount) 94mm.
Although you can buy an aftermarket MM mount that is 94mm.
MA010 bodies are usually too narrow for the MR02, otherwise besides wheelbase...
