Crap Crap Crap! What do I do: Damaged Board

I recently bought these and and hadn't had a chance to sit down and look at it, but now that i have one of the boards has a serious issue... I noticed that the solder at the negative power of the board seemd a bit loose, so I looked at it more and it seems like the contact is stripping. i know this isn't good but i think it might still work, am I need of some advice, I was thinking of maybe wiring it all up and testing it to see where this is gonna go and if it works heatshrinking or electric taping it down.

You cannot expect a ripped pad to work like that again. You have to scrape away green off the traces, locate a trace that connects to the - input pad (the one that ripped), and solder the wire to that. Or, clue the pad to the board, and solder the pad to a scraped trace. Either way works, you just have to locate the right trace/ traces.
