what do the numbers on the motor mean?

it says 27,000 and stage one on it what does it mean?

the 27,000 means 27 thousand rpms
and the stage one is just a fancy word for stock

rpm means "revolutions per minute" just incase you were wondering.;)

Same with on the Stage 2 motor 32,000 means 32 thousand rpms. :D
