I call BS. All tow truck drivers know to put on the parking brake when loading up. A mini could pull that truck just as easily if the parking brake is off. Assuming it was also left in N, because if it had a park gear, that would have stopped the car too.

^ parking brakes would be strong on a tow truck so i would hope, the bigger vehicles get inpected every year is it? so isnt not like a car witch can have a crappy parking brake caused by streched parking brake cables
