I'm getting axle bearings! You can guess what decided to go on me last night! Cheaper than what the crank bearings would have been! (odd set of coincidences, but no damage, old cars are as confusing as women...)

Thanks everyone. Despite the axle bearing blowing, was able to get home and salvage some plans for the night. Plus, this means I get to extend the shinanigans for next weekend, too, HOORAH
Also, it was the 1 year anniversary of driving the Chevy home for the 1st time. Feb 5th 2009 was the CST10's 1st long drive, and race. All details had been finished and my present was a new grille, so the truck had it's full smile!
Been an interesting year, but certainly a worthwhile one! |
