Rules for this Competition:
1. Your shell must be a domestic muscle car. Year, make and model do not matter as long as it is domestic muscle.

we have to go by the original manufacture's specs of the body used since there is no way to make an electic R/C car "muscle".

if the base model is a V6 or smaller, then it's a tuner, not a muscle car.

2. Must be a non-RadioShack upgrade on your car.

I'd say yes you could.:bigwink:

Classiclover 06-07-2008 03:48 PM

Does the non-RadioShack upgrade need to be on the chassis? Or could it be something like a custom body?

texan_idiot25 06-07-2008 07:04 PM

Custom body is a-ok.

fordman239 06-07-2008 07:04 PM

custom body i do believe as long as its a muscle car.

my sister has a 94 t-bird with that same motor, does that make it a mucsle car?

bondo 06-08-2008 09:39 AM

you guys are making this way too hard.
an example of a domestic tuner would be a sunfire or probe.
4-6 Cyl. cars that dont have a V8 factory option.
if it's a domestic CAR and you can buy it with a V8 then it's conscidered muscle.
it may not be the same deffinition that it was 30 years ago but times and regulations have changed.

stangdude94 06-09-2008 12:08 PM

cant u get a v-8 probe

texan_idiot25 06-10-2008 12:19 PM

Nope...

This is simple a very one. V8, RWD, American, Car, power, torque. No Probes, no domestic ricers (Dodge Stealth/Mitsu 3000GT, etc), No imports with american power under the hood (supercharged 383 CRX)
