if you can find me some axles i will buy some from ya. |
That is awesome just like everything else u make!

I love it.
very creative. I am amazed at how you can put an almost from scratch(electronics and stuff) rc car together in a matter of days. Paint looks great too. Very interested in the final product. |

LOL - when you've dealt with alot of models like I have you'll realize that they aren't that hard to do - I can do the models easily - it's fitting in the other stuff that takes abit of planning and custom work to make it all get in there. |
Thanks guys!
I did alittle more work on the body and a chassis - here's the progress pics: http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r...s/103_2223.jpg http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r...s/103_2224.jpg http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r...s/103_2231.jpg http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r...s/103_2233.jpg http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r...s/103_2232.jpg http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r...s/103_2230.jpg http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r...s/103_2235.jpg More updates to come soon. |
Man that looks amazing. It looks like a real truck.Keep up the good work and remember to give us guys on here first dibs on this forum.
|
lets see a vid of it in action, getting dirty.
|
man very sexy! but to top it off to need a light bar in the back.
|
It looks hot !!!!
The tires look ok,but if you lowered the body a lil(which I doubt you can) or get bigger tires it would look even hotter. |
DK would be proud of this F150
Looks brilliant, glad you finally got on this! |
looks great only 1problem tho......... its a ford...
|
Only one word WOW!
This is your most realistic work to date, if it wasn't a Ford it would be perfect. |
Oh my god. That is absolutely beautiful. I've never seen such a cleaner 2-link at this scale. Never.
Mind blowing. Whats powering this beast? Later, RedSXmodder |
I think a black bedliner would look a little better than that green. Just my opinion, though. ;)
Great work, Xmodification. It's turning out to be the best truck you've done so far. ;) |
Lookin' awsome, nice project by the way. Like what snowboi1289 I think it should have been lowered a little but probly to late 1/8th or even a 1/16th of an inch would make it look way different. But hey got a lot of travel huh good for the big rocks!! I personally not real fond of the green just not really a Ford color thats just my opinion, layed on real nice not a flaw. Whats wrong with being a Ford? I'm a Ford guy. I would buy a chevy if right price and okay model got nothin against them but prefer Ford.
XMODification: so will those drive shafts really actually drive the truck? I have always admired your work, you've always gone above and beyond but hey they look really really SWEET:bigwink: Also gives us somthin to uh and ahh over. Like what everyone else is saying can't wait!! |

I did some more work on it last night and due to a minor electronic glitch I had to switch from a micro-t board to an ugraded xmods board (2x2 stacked fets). The switch was abit more challenging to pull off since I had all my plans drawn out with the micro-t board in mind, but by using the xmods board i found out that it's even better - I have now added head/tail lights plus i'm now able to add more details in the engine bay area. Here's a few pics of it so far (NOTE: some stuff are not glued on yet - just a mock up for now): http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r...s/103_2238.jpg http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r...s/103_2241.jpg http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r...s/103_2239.jpg http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r...s/103_2243.jpg http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r...s/103_2245.jpg I still have a lot of work to do and custom pieces to finish make yet so there's more to come soon. |
