Wow, thats great start of project. What material you have in mind to use flatbed?

i used an old f-150 truck bed cover, i cut down to fit on a f-150 chassis. im going to form the fenders for the rear with cardboard, wrapped in wax paper, so it doesnt stick, and then im going to bondo the holes, and sand it. so bondo.

Don't use cardboard, use styrene. ;) Should give you better results with less hassle.
Cut up gift cards or credit cards would also work. I wouldn't recommend using cardboard. Nice start! Looks cool. :) |
