make sure to see all of your tires are on the ground

You mean doughnuts? That's because you're driving somewhere with no grip.

my car also does burnouts like donuts to one side but i just put sum tape on that side and it balances it out perfectly

oo i thought ur wheels were on the ground but i dont think the all whell drive will help that much it might get u faster a bit but i still think there is going to be sum slippage and also the tire set might help if u just try combo's of tires that balance out the slip

No. AWD makes you slower but faster acceleration.

I disagree AWD will help. I had the same problem on kitchen floor My car kept kick side ways so i added the AWD so I would have even traction. Your rear wheels are over run your fronts that is why AWD helps.

Also how can AWD make you faster and slower?

The motor has to move more and fight more friction, therefore it'll go slower.
