I was looking around the shop for an OL. The guy suggested a MZM. But it wasout of my budget. So he showed me this one, it was a used truck. He said 230 and I was like WTF? A new one is for 200. I took a look at it anyway. After putting in batteries, it wouldn't turn. Another customer walks in, so he says, open it up and check the problem yourself, I open it up and the servo wires were ripped. I quickly put it back together and told him it could be fixed but it would need new wires and a lot of soldering. So he drops the price to 200. I still disagree. By now the guy was really ****ed, I had spent an hour in the shop and bought nothing:lol: So i said give me some upgrades and 200 last. And he Agreed! I got, X-Speed motor Alloy rims Kyosho tires Some 3Racing alloy One hellova deal. ;) Later, T.I.M |

Rays of light come straight through the window in the living room and illuminate my WHOLE room. I'll try to get a pic. it looks beautiful. More pics: http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/DSC07075.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/DSC07076.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/DSC07077.jpg /\These tires=crap for mudding Stock tires FTW!:D http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/DSC07115.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/DSC07116.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/DSC07118.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/DSC07120.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/DSC07121.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/DSC07122.jpg This thing can seriously articulate:nod: http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/DSC07078.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/DSC07080.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/DSC07079.jpg More to come later...;) ALL C&C Welcome. :) Later, T.I.M |
Well, got some drifting tires for my AWD.
They are not like normal ATM ones. These ones have a tread on them. And they are narrow up front and wide in the rear. Hopefully you can see the treads: http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07333.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07334.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07335.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07336.jpg Mounted: http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07338.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07339.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07340.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07341.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07351.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07352.jpg Also painted them silver: http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07370.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07371.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07372.jpg I changed the rims to 0 offset rear and +2 front: http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07373.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07374.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07375.jpg Now the rims are flush with the body: http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07332.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07331.jpg Oh, and It on the dyno. a stock AWD does 27.Impressive...: http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...Z/DSC07326.jpg And if I'm right, the batteries wern't even fully charged...:) Comments/suggestions welcome.:) Later, T.I.M |
Do you already tested the new tires?
Are they made of plastic like the ATM/Kyosho drifting tires? |

This was the damage on the body when I got it:

This thing is a beast:rockon: Videos soon!:) http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/P1000558.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/P1000560.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/P1000561.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/P1000562.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/P1000563.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/P1000564.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/P1000565.jpg Chassis looks like it went through $hit: http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/P1000566.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/P1000567.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/P1000568.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/P1000569.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/P1000570.jpg :D http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/P1000571.jpg All in all, the MZM is an amazing truck to buy. The suspension design is just sick. Although it has a few flaws... Such as, 1) It's 2WD This has to be the biggest flw in the chassis. It gets hung up so incredibly easily it's astounding. A video would clear this up. 2) http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/P1000572.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/P1000573.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/P1000577.jpg You guys see the that under the left wheel? Well, because of that, it gets stuck pretty easily, here's an example: http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x...M/P1000575.jpg See what I mean? More later. Comments/suggestions welsome.:) Later, T.I.M |
Did a photoshoot of the Z:
