Nissanshift350 07-11-2007 10:19 AM

sounds like a crystal problem to me personally. and u dont have to remove your antanna to change ur motor so that wont affect anything

thanks NS350

Stampedekid 07-11-2007 10:32 AM

SkysTheLimit 07-11-2007 01:10 PM

Did you put the batteries in the right way?

The contacts on the motor, red=+ and black=-?

Make sure you have a good battery in the transmitter as well.

Acutally the contact would still work his car would just work oppsite the the norm: when he tells it to go back it will go forward and viceversa...

this is most likely your problem. whenever you work on your car, you should take the batts out.
otherwise you run the risk of grounding a wire/connection.
from what has been typed so far, i would say that you faild to remove the batts, unscrewed the pos terminal and the wire hit the arial wilst the car was in the "on" position rendering the car in need of a new board.
touching arial to arial(from controller to car) will result in fried range.
touching power wires across your arial will result in bad things all over the board from fried range to fried transistors.

from here, my advice would be to take a pic of both sides of the EP as well as a VERY detailed description of what you've done to let the members on here get a decent understanding of what your working with.

i can garuntee that your not the first to have this problem but without proper explination, we have little idea what your problem is.

cheers,
Bondo
