o well looks like you have one hell of a prts lot and a great car , they realy are bullet proof these things :) |
Think I can jump speed bumps without breaking anything on these?
|
the only thing that may suffer is the spur gear ....get an alloy one integy are good ones
|
Well, i tried starting it. I can't see through the neon green tubing. I gave it a good 30 pumps and flooded the engine :D
don't have time to clean, so just going to wait till it blows up and get a new engine. |
loosen the plug and give it a few pulls to clear the excess fuel :)
|
took me like 60 pulls to empty the whole cylinder. should i try it now?? its 8AM on a Sunday. People are still sleeping :P
|
lol u evil poopsicle
but i know, ive done that too.. make sure all the dogs are locked up well.. or a giant greyhoun will be chasing the car down |
Anyways, heres the motor i run.

Silver incorrect angled pipe http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...a/100_2366.jpg Or Correct but black pipe? http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...a/100_2364.jpg Misc Pics http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...a/100_2368.jpg http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...a/100_2369.jpg Thx :) |
Looks great, lol. Did my advice work? It looks nice and clean and the pipe looks decent how you have it.
|
why not re-reroute is, and make it where the silver is on the right side and points in the right direction? :D
|
I started the engine at least 5 times today. The first two times, it would stay running idle, then shut off when i accelerate. The last few it would just stay on then quit on me. Any ideas? :-?
Its probably because the engine isn't tuned and I have no idea how to tune it. + I think im developing a callus from the spark ignitor. |
Here ya go, a link to the manual for the RS4:
http://www.hpiracing.com/instructions/instruct-sn.htm And a direct link to the page on engine tuning: http://www.hpiracing.com/graphics/instr/sn/snrs4-24.jpg |
Well, today I emptied out the cylinder again and started her up. This time she stayed for a bit. I ran a nice circle around the lawn, put the body on. Then it died. Its running too lean, no smoke. Any idea how to tune it? @howlsatmoonlight That is an older model RS4 manual + I have manual, but it makes no sense. =.='
