bosco72 11-10-2008 06:42 PM

Good choice with the color.Should look sweet when it's done.

Bugeye subie 11-10-2008 06:51 PM

Yeah, I agree with Lupe, The copper would be seen too much, So why keep it plain?

Looks good so far man!

lupinechaos 11-10-2008 06:55 PM

Remember, matter of choice. I personally think blue is great. Especially the blue on the ZR-1. One badass Corvette.

Nice. The new ZR1 in grey is sick. I've seen it before, its a sick looking car. The color the Xmod comes in, its too....not blue. Blue is my #1 color, nice choice.

My dad and I test drove one like 2 weeks ago, Ahhhmazing!

He was thinking about trading his 2 muscle cars in, and paying out some, But decided he didnt like debt.

civicblack10 11-10-2008 08:50 PM

You should paint it Marina blue, just like the old corvette's came. I think it was the best blue they ever used

heres a pic of mine for reference:

Are the new xmods headlights / Taillights removeable?

is that a real question? of course they are removable, they're separate peices of plastic.

If it wasnt a real question I wouldnt have asked so.

I didnt know there separate peices, Front bumpers, and sideskirts on the gen 1;s and evos used too be removeable, So you never know with the Gen 3's...

that's not my point. my point is that the lenses are obviosly not directly built into the body, if they were they'd be opaque.

Well said lol. Like firebird999 had said, the head and tail lights are removable, although RS hadn't intended on making them so customizable but they did.
