My radio shack has xmods in stock
 

My radio shack had xmods coming in shipments....... I'm going to buy like 8a lol

I asked the owner when they started to get them and he told me ALL of the unsold xmods that went back to the factories when they where "discontinued" are being re-distributed


If anyone wants anything I may be able to ship some stuff out

Probably not gen1 but they have the later evos, the scion and the transformers, and street. Also awd and stage 2 motors

were they cheap?

They didn't have them yet.......
They told me they would deffenetly come in a shipment Friday. Also when the guy talked to me about them he refered to them as the new xmods.....
If they are coming back out I'm gonna **** my pants right in the store

Lol yea ill have some pictures. i will be back at radio shack on friday. Also make sure the people at RS didnt think you said "Hex-Bugs" or "Xbox" that happened to me a couple times

EDIT Im calling RS headquarters because if they are really getting new xmods this forum is gonna get alot more traffic

:eyecraz: I work all day from now til sunday, but you can bet i'll be checking all of the local radioshacks on Monday! That would be awesome, but also going to make me broke.. Definitely report back with details as you find them out (as someone who won't get to check around on friday).

technically xmods are 2wd as well..unless you install AWD...

i read the x24 were nothing special...via the German forum...

Lol I'm on countdown 3 hours and 45 mins until they get the shipment

i just called radio shacks main number and they heard nothing about xmods only newbrite and there 12.99

I second that, however, I just want to see proof that this isn't more than just a rumor... ;)

I think it is because radio shack has no clue that xmods came back into stores

Sorry for the inconvenience but The guy at rs keeps telling me different dates but I have confirmed they are new models. I'm almost sure they are gonna be streets with more recent body's

probbly going to be out for xmas if they do come out.It's a shame the street chassis was strong all they have to do now is put a 2.4 radio in it so it will turn sharper and have no glitchen.....Also get rid of that stupid radio

Xmods are coming back. The owner said he would call me when they are in. He was told by RS HQ that they should come by july 1st at the latest. So they are back, i guess


Also the owner told me when xmods went down him and his brother bought the last 60 in the factory. He says 80% of them are NIB(im not gonna tell him he has 2k in his basement)

He didn't say anything he hadn't seen them yet, but based on what has been released by Carson and hpi in the micro department lately I think it's safe to say it's gonna be a mini z clone.... But not like a iwaver, not an exact copy more like a revel rpmz

Hah I was just watching some og xmod racing videos and saw auqaman. But why would he be helpful

he would be helpful cause hes amazing

if i remeber correctly...he worked at RS and usually had the early heads up IF/when any new xmods were to come out...or not...

and was joking around too...

some new cras/bodies would be fun...oh well...time wil tell...
