I have a really great tutorial but I cant seem to post it up... :-? If you want to see here it is:

This tut is what everyone has been waiting for. Everyone Hates the EVO because of the Wobbly Wheels. Well I just Have a tut to solve that problem.
It reduces the wheel wobble but in order to have no wheel wobble you need to have Bearings. This tutorial will cause very little friction unlike the other way to Delete wobbly wheels.

Difficulty: 3/10

Tools: (as shown in pic)

Xmod
4 Washers (about half inch diameter which is also a little bit bigger than stock bushings)
Screw Driver.

Start by taking the Wheels off. Then remove the knuckle covers.

Now take the washer and put it on the knuckle like this:

Repeat the steps shown above for every knuckle and in no time Less wheel wobble  All hail Kevin XD Just kidding. This modification will help when drifting, racing or off roading. Enjoi.:armed:

And when your done put it back together. I almost forgot hehe

the old How-To section was closed to new posts when the new repair and modification manual was created. to submit something to the new manual, simply post it up in the "Submit a tip or Mod" section:
http://www.xmodsource.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=42

if it's good enough, one of us will move it into it's appropriate section.

it works exactly the same as the rest of the forum.....click the link I posted, and post a new thread with your write-up. it is extremely simple.

lol Numb he means the tut...

and i agree with him, i dont see how it works either it should cause uber amount of binding and friction, because it would be pushing on the back of the wheel and/or the disc brake (which means it would push on the wheel) cause friction between them...

plain and simple the way you said it works wouldnt unless you've got something special you didnt mention. Plus the only evo's i had didn't have a wobbly wheel, its mostly Gen 1'smthat have that problem for me...

if u hsave bearing it will work so long as u dont compress it too much i get his idea tho
