Ok so my dad's fleet of new 2007 sierra's arrived. by fleet i mean:
-5 1500, SLT's<fully loaded
-10 2500 slt's<fully loaded
-5 3500 SLT's fully loaded
-1 custom 3500, 4 door, long box. custom built because you cant get a foor door long box. and yes it is street legal....again fully loaded

Why did he buy this many cars? for his company, he replaced 15 2003 GMC's. he does this every 5 years...he did it early because he liked the new body style...

last time he did it in 2003 he replaced 12 1998 GMC's...so you can see his company is growing...

Ok getting to my car he saved me a 2003, Z71, SLE extended cab truck.

Its so sweet its got the bose sound system and its split in the middle (cause i hate the bench seat..)

I love it, i plan on putting a 4" lift and slightly bigger tires later on. i can start to drive in october so i have a nice car to drive...and as soon as i get good i get one of the 2007 3500's...because i work for my dad...

BTW his company does home repairs and renovations, as well as sometimes building completely custom homes...

And because he replaces his trucks every time with the same dealership and stuff, he gets huge discounts!!! 27 000 for each 1500, 36 000 for each 2500, and 60 000 for each 3500, and then 89 000 for his truck...

i believe this is somewhere arouns the price however im not positive......

LOL, there was 7 trucks at are house at one point...now theres only (my 2003) one all of them are gone...

Yup, They get the 400hp V8 and 6L50E? 6 speed auto. The Silverado will get that later this year I believe, if not sooner.

wanna bet? check on youtube and see which is built better once. watch the chevy and the tundra beds dance up against the cab and then watch the ford the suspension does the work not the truck chassis.

The F150 was riding on fords softer suspension, when the chevy was running its Z71 off road suspension, which is much less compliant. Atleast know the facts before you compare.

Yeh, the Z71 doesnt ride quite as nice as the non Z71 pickups, just because of its suspension tuning. Ford's truck, though 4wd, is using its softer suspension package, so of course in the test at FORDs facility, they want the F150 to appear better. As for the Tundra, thats the result of its 3 different build styles in the frame..

The only things this truck doesnt have is electonic dual climate control...it has the regular dual climate control
memory 1 and 2 driver, and Bose six disc CD changer ( it only has the bose speakers...)

I love dodge and i love gm's current line of trucks...the gmc yukon rides like its on air but still has that tough ride and blingy look. Dad drives a dodge srt 10, mom drives a 2007 Yukon xl, and i drive a mazda 3 hatch
