it's pretty easy when you follow instructions, it took me like 20 mins and i was taking it slow, no you do not need 2 motors

installing the all wheel drive is pretty easy. although i removed mine right after i installed it because even though it gave me more control, i lost a decent amount of speed, even with 2 lithium batteries.
