New car messed up

Hey guys well I got my 350z new from radioshack christams day I got it for christmas well I noticed that the front left tire like doen touch the ground and i havent done anything to it I just noticed it before I started driving it and now it deosnt run rite I am going to take ut back but does any1 have any suggestions? thanks

loosen the screw that holds the shock a little. sounds like it might be to tight.

I've read several other posts about similar problems and it sounds like that's the prob. not to mention that I've tighten them to much myself. you don't ant to tighten them to much. the suspension should move freely. can't hurt to try. good luck.
